Draeqetha - Wrath of the Lich King

The realm has been operational for just over a month now. Lots of changes, fixes, quality of life improvements are in place.

The launcher can be downloaded after creating an account and logging into the Draeqetha website. It's an .exe around 3MB in size and isn't signed (debating to do this, $10/month to Microsoft). Windows Defender will flag it as suspicious, rest assured it is safe. There is a SHA256 has that you can use to verify its the original .exe.

Once installed, run the launcher and it will default the client install to c:\draeqetha. This can be changed to whatever you like. Also you will be provided options for downloading optional packages for various HD models, textures.

The launcher will configure the realmlist automatically for you. The current client is 3.3.5a, and you're welcome to use your existing WOTLK client. Just update your game client to point to realm.draeqetha.com.

There are playerbots that you can interact that function like regular players in the game. They quest and interact with the world the same way any other player would. You can party with them and run raids, quest to your hearts content.

Still in the works is tapping the bots into a local AI cluster that is currently being built. Most likely will be running Qwen3.8 35b on a pair of Tesla V100 32GB HBM2 accelerators. This will allow the bots to have more context, they will remember quests you ran together and past conversations to some extent. Stay tuned for developments on that.

Auction house bots and economy are in place and simulate retail as much as possible. This way your professions can generate you that precious gold!

Realm restarts every day at 5:00 AM Mountain Time, Database backups occur at regular intervals. The server sits behind three circuits and prioritizes the 10Gb SMF carrier.
